PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS (Please read carefully):

To make a One-Time Payment:

1. 1. Select your payment type (i.e. if you’re paying an invoice you just received, select “Pay an Invoice” from the drop down menu.)
   

2. 2. In the blank white space above the “Pay Now” button, please indicate the invoice number, contract plan, or a general memo of your payment.
   

3. 3. Click “Pay Now”.
   

4. 4. On the following screen, you will see an order summary with a blank box next to the field labeled “Item price:”  In this box, indicate the amount you would like to pay toward your invoice or balance due.
   

5. 5. Click “Update” and it will update your order summary to reflect the payment amount you wish to make.
   

6. 6. On the right side of the screen, you can choose to login to your PayPal account, or simply pay via a credit or debit card as a guest.
   

7.  After completing the form and submitting your payment, you will come to a confirmation screen which you should print for your records.

8.  As a courtesy and added confirmation (not required), you may email us to let us know that your payment was submitted.
